We set replacement units and connect them to the gas, electric, water, and drain you already have. Leveled, connected, tested, and started up. Refrigeration gets a full start-up and temperature check. Cooking equipment gets lit and run up to temperature. You get a walkthrough before we leave.

Kitchens replacing a unit that finally quit, and kitchens adding a piece to an existing line. If you are opening a new kitchen, call and tell us what is going in. We will tell you what we can handle and what needs a plumber or an electrician first.

What a visit looks like

1. 01

   We measure and confirm utilities

   Before anything ships we check the space, the doorway, and the gas, electric, water, and drain the unit needs.

   Delivery day

   We set the unit, level it, and make the connections. The old one comes out first if it is still in the way.

3. 03

   Start-up and walkthrough

   We light it or pull it down to temperature, check every connection, and show you how to run it.
